Referring patients to us

Authorized specialists in child and adolescent medicine or general medicine or general practitioner-internists can refer their patients to our outpatient children’s pain clinic for pain therapy with a regular referral form.

If you are referring a patient, he or she can contact our outpatient clinic to make an appointment (telephone +49 (0)2363 975-180). If you are in doubt or have questions, please feel free to call us personally.

We then send questionnaires to the patient. After the questionnaires are filled out and returned, we call to arrange an appointment. It’s important that the patient sends us copies of all relevant test results with the questionnaires as this allows us to better prepare for the appointment.
